Keto Zucchini Noodles Alfredo

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: grilled chicken or shrimp for protein


Instructions:

  1. Spiralize zucchinis into noodles. Lightly sauté in butter for 2–3 minutes.

  2. In another pan, heat cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  3. Toss zucchini noodles with Alfredo sauce.

  4. Top with grilled chicken/shrimp for extra protein.
