Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs

Ingredients (makes 12 bombs):

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. Melt coconut oil and nut butter together over low heat.

  2. Stir in cocoa, sweetener, and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. Pour into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners.

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes until solid. Store in fridge.
