Keto Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Stir until creamy.

  3. In a baking dish, layer chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Mix gently.

  4. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
