Keto Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients (serves 4):
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a saucepan, melt butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Stir until creamy.
In a baking dish, layer chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Mix gently.
Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
