Keto Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients (serves 2):
2 salmon fillets (150g each)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup spinach
Salt, pepper, and paprika
Instructions:
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pan-sear salmon in butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Stir until thickened.
Add spinach and let it wilt. Return salmon to the pan, coat with sauce, and serve hot.
